When we chose to start building a house on a block of land we had purchased quite a few years ago, the thought of the whole process was extremely daunting. We decided on building with Chris from Langrell Construction, a young and exciting builder, who offered a highly personal, yet very professional service with the flexibility to incorporate all our wishes and needs.
Once we approached Chris about the possibility of building ,he walked us through the whole process day by day, his attention to details and suggestions resonated greatly with us and our vision for the house. He worked directly with his subcontractors, who are the best in their field. A huge shout out to his Tiler, the work was flawless. Chris’ crew was professional, trustworthy and very accommodating.
The structure, fixtures and fittings met our high expectations, variations were no drama, no hidden costs and no surprises. Chris stuck to the budget and delivered a house we are very, very proud of.
